Privacy, and what happens to your photographs.

You are trusting us with pictures of your child. This page says plainly what we hold, where it sits, who can open it and how to make us delete it. No cookie banners, because we do not set advertising or analytics cookies.

What we collect

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell or share anything with data brokers, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Where photographs are stored

Your order link is the key

There is no account and no password. The link in your confirmation email is what proves the order is yours — which means anyone you forward it to can see the order and download the cards. Treat it like a ticket. If it gets out, tell us and we will revoke it and issue you a new one.

Photographs you upload

How long we keep things

We keep your order and its photographs while we are fulfilling it and afterwards so you can re-download your cards, and so we can answer a question about the order later. Ask us to delete them and we will, within 30 days. There is no automatic expiry: deletion happens because you asked, or because we no longer need the file.

Children

This service is sold to parents and guardians, not to children. We do not knowingly take orders from anyone under 18, and the photographs we hold of children are given to us by an adult who is responsible for them. If you believe a child has given us information or a photograph without a parent’s involvement, write to us and we will remove it.

Who else is involved

None of them may use your photographs or order details for their own purposes.

What you can ask for

A copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. Email us and say which order it is about — the order number is in your confirmation.
